Same Day Emergency Response Guarantee:
SystemMATRIX Computers guarantees we will have a technician at your business on the same day you call for service, or our first hour of service is Free. We will honor this guarantee for calls received prior to 11:00 a.m. If your call is received later in the day, we can still respond, although it may require you to provide out technician access to your premises during evening hours. For calls received after normal business hours, we may still be able to respond, although those calls are not subject to the above guarantee.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
SystemMATRIX Computers guarantees our technician can fix your computer. If we can't fix your computer, then the service call is FREE. We will honor this guarantee, although it may require you to allow our technician to bring your computer back to our location first to do a more in-depth diagnostic of your system.
Note: Services rendered after normal business hours are subject to a higher service fee.
