On-Call and After Hours/Weekend On-Call Service
The name says it all. You call only when you need us 24/7. No contract required - you just pick up the phone and we'll be right there.
The After Hours/Weekend Service start at 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M Monday -Thursday
and from 5:00 P.M. Friday thru 8:00 AM Monday. From simple requests to major emergencies, with our on-call plans there's no need to worry about unexpected computer problems.
Blocks of Hours (discounted rate)
For companies with minimal computer usage, our Blocks of Hours (BOH) plans may be right for you. With BOH, you tell us how many hours of service you need, and then use them at your discretion. And, with our monthly statements, you'll always know exactly how many hours you've used and how many you have left. Plus, your BOH plan includes a comprehensive technology assessment and a guaranteed six-hour response time for emergency situations.
Quarterly Maintenance Plan - for businesses
For businesses that are still growing, SystemMATRIX Computers offers Quarterly Maintenance Plans. With this option, your computer systems receive regular maintenance four times per year, which helps to keep them running smoothly year-round. And, with this plan, we don't just service your desktop - we also perform Windows and virus definition updates as well as check your backup and server systems. The Quarterly Maintenance Plan includes a service binder, comprehensive technology assessment, guaranteed five-hour response time for emergency situations, and two hours of phone support per month.
Monthly Maintenance Plan - for businesses
Finally, for businesses, we offer custom-designed Monthly Maintenance Plans. With this plan, your company receives the same level of service that you would have with an on-staff IT specialist, but at a much lower cost to you. When you purchase a Monthly Maintenance Plan from
SystemMATRIX Computers, we check your system each month to ensure that your network is working properly. Should any problem occur, we immediately send out a technician to fix it. In addition to the service binder and comprehensive technology assessment, the Monthly Maintenance Plan also includes five hours of phone support each month, free afterhours emergency support and a guaranteed four-hour response time for emergencies. And, just as with our Quarterly Maintenance Plan, we check your server, backup system, and desktop as well as provide Windows and virus definition updates. Includes a Block of Hours to be used at your discretion based on the number of computers in your agreement.
And, if your computer should ever need to be taken offsite for repairs, SystemMATRIX Computers will even loan a computer to customers with a maintenance agreement.
